6th October 2005 Ken, the quality of my claddagh wedding band is exceptional!! Even after I ordered the wrong band and first, the fast attention to help me find the right one was great. I lost my ring 3 months ago and could not find a replacement anywhere. Even the store that the ring was purchased from didn't even have any record of having such a ring. A couple a minutes on a internet search, your website came up and I immediately got my ring back...I love it. Thank you again!

Dear Ken and Karen, You'll never believe it, the ring was delivered today, Tuesday September 19th @ 9:30 this morning. Unbelieveable!!!!! Thanks for making my son's dream come true. Who would of thought that you could order a ring from Ireland on Sunday afternoon when no one was in your store and it would be delivered on Tuesday morning? Not even a full 48 hours later and to California no less!! Thank you so much. The ring is the sweetest thing I have ever seen and I'm sure that his bride to be will be thrilled. You promised and you delivered. If you remember he ordered the ring at the last minute and needed it within 4 days of the order date. My fiance and I are so happy we ordered our wedding bands from your site! When there was a problem with our original payment because of international bank security, Ken Byrne immediately contacted us and courteously helped us sort through the issue. Our rings arrived all the way from Dublin to Ohio only 24 hours after they were shipped and they are so beautiful! It was very important to us to chooose wedding bands that meant something personal to us, since we are both of Irish descent, and that didn\'t cost a fortune. Even though our wedding isn\'t for quite some time, we have already tried on our rings several times and we can\'t wait to wear them! Thank you so much!

Your recent Valentine's Day email reminded me that I forgot to thank you for your assistance in obtaining mny ring when I was in Dublin in late November. Your efforts to obtain the ring for me before I left for Galway (heading to the factory early in the morning, picking up several sizes just to be sure that I would have a good fit, phoning my hotel to say it was ready, and having all the peperwork set for when I arrived at your shop on my way to the bus) was above and beyond the call of duty and much more than I have come to expect from most merchants these days. And, the ring itself is of the highest quality - I get compliments on it all of the time. Thank you for your help. I will be sure to stop in during my next annual trip to Ireland.
