For months I've tried to make myself ring you up to do an audio testimonial. Guess I'm just too shy for the phone, but I didn't want another day to go by without telling you what a wonderful experience my husband and I had purchasing our rings from Des Byrne Jewellers/ allcladdagh.com. The on-line selection was wonderful; we saw exactly what we wanted right away. The service was brilliant--not just prompt and polite, but truly friendly, direct, and personal (thanks, Ken). Roy mis-measured and had to wait for his ring to be sized before he could wear it, but mine went on my finger the moment it arrived and hasn't yet come off. Contrary to so many on-line purchases, the actual item was even nicer than it appeared in the advertisement. The ring has a wonderful weight to it, and a gorgeous silver sheen. It fits perfectly. It looks stunning. More than once we've had random people--total strangers--stop to tell us how beautiful our rings are! These claddaghs were our silver anniversary presents to each other, and "sterling" gifts they've turned out to be! The only downside to the whole affair is that it all went so smoothly and so well, the great pleasure we had doing business with you was over all too soon! Thanks again and all the best.
