query: My fiance and I are so happy we ordered our wedding bands from your site! When there was a problem with our original payment because of international bank security, Ken Byrne immediately contacted us and courteously helped us sort through the issue. Our rings arrived all the way from Dublin to Ohio only 24 hours after they were shipped and they are so beautiful! It was very important to us to chooose wedding bands that meant something personal to us, since we are both of Irish descent, and that didn't cost a fortune. Even though our wedding isn't for quite some time, we have already tried on our rings several times and we can't wait to wear them! Thank you so much!

Dear Ken.
This is Bob Cooper from the metropolis of Barons, pop. 200. I have tried
to record a message but for some reason or other, have been unable to
make contact.
Once again all aspects of your service has proved faultless. The
combination of Allcladagh and FedEx is amassing, It used to take about
two weeks to travel from Dublin to Calgary, now deliveries are made in
just two days.
I cannot say that I will be seeing you in Dublin soon, my parents,
Father Time and Mother Nature have grounded my wheel chair, putting an
end to my travels.
My Grandparents and their family came from Dublin and I spent some very
happy times there when I was stationed in Co. Antrim with the Royal Air
Force during the war.
I went down as often as possible for a decent meal at the Red Rooster,
near Nelson's Column on O'Connell Street.
We will be dealing with you again in the near future.
